We review your CAD and samples for manufacturability — materials, tolerances, draft, wall thickness — before any tooling is cut.

Tooling in the cluster

Injection and casting molds from specialized shops around the plant. For production projects we can arrange deferred settlement of the tooling cost — ask about mold financing for your case.

Samples & T1 sign-off

You approve physical samples and first-article (T1) parts in writing before serial production starts. No surprises at scale.

Batch testing in the laboratory

Dimensional and material checks at the plant laboratory — CMM, optical spectrometer, hardness, salt spray, tensile and more.

Staged payments + inspection

Staged 30 / 30 / 40 payments and independent third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV / QIMA) before the final payment.

Logistics to EU / US

We ship on FOB or CIF terms and hand off to your freight forwarder, or arrange sea and air to your market.

A typical project, step by step

Indicative sequence over several weeks — tooling is usually the longest phase. Actual timing depends on your part, tooling and volume, and is fixed in your quotation, not promised here.

What we don’t do

We are a metal and plastic manufacturing partner. We do not take on wearables or RF/firmware-heavy consumer electronics — smartwatches, earbuds, app-connected IoT — and we neither offer nor imply that competence. Not sure whether your product fits? Tell us, and you will get a straight answer.
