Our manufacturing partner — LEAN AUTO Co., Ltd.

Established 2002 in Ningbo (Beilun District), LEAN AUTO is the plant behind our production. Gniado Industries manages the engineering, sourcing, quality and contracts around it — we do not own the plant.

LEAN AUTO — the plant

  • ~50 CNC lathes, including 15 fully automatic
  • 22 CNC groove milling machines
  • 12 CNC grinders
  • 3 heat-treatment lines
  • Thread rolling and gear hobbing
  • CNC cells with 3D vision inspection and an automatic measuring system

Precision metal and plastic components, including automotive drivetrain parts (half shafts and CV joints) for OEM segments and the aftermarket — manufactured to IATF 16949.

Tooling ecosystem

We work in the heart of the Ningbo / Beilun tooling-and-casting cluster — mold factories within a few kilometers, the nearest about 500 m from the plant.

Injection & casting molds

Injection molds for plastics and casting / die-casting molds for aluminium, sourced from specialized shops in the cluster. Leading hot-runner systems (Mold-Masters, Husky, DME, YUDO) are available, matched to your part. We manage tool build, sampling and acceptance on-site.

We share the risk. You pay against confirmed results — not promises.

  • Staged 30 / 30 / 40 payments — you pay for confirmed results, not promises.
  • Independent third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV / QIMA) before the final payment.

  • Serial production starts only after your written approval of the samples.

How we run your order

    Samples and technical drawings — send us your samples or drawings; if your current supplier will not share them, we prepare them for you.

    Quotation — we estimate the production cost and any tooling cost.

  3. 3

    Test samples — the plant produces samples and we send them to you for approval.

  4. 4

    Production and shipping — after your approval, serial production starts and we ship (FOB / CIF).

  5. 5

    Staged payment — you settle in stages tied to confirmed milestones.

  6. 6

    Ongoing cooperation — you keep the lower cost base long-term.
